SPRING GROVE CURFEW

Generally, it is unlawful for a person less than 17 years of age to be out in public unless accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or other family member at least 18 years of age and approved by a parent or legal guardian:

  • Between midnight and 6:00 a.m. Friday & Saturday

  • Between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday

There are some exceptions to these rules.  For example, going directly to and returning from school or church functions or from a place of employment is allowed beyond the times listed above. The curfews listed above are applicable to only those persons not operating a motor vehicle.
